Sarkari naukri police bharti mpsc question 2020

             Police bharti MPSC questions

• Panchayat Raj was the dream of Mahatma Gandhi.  Panchayat Raj is the subject of state list and it comes under the Ministry of Rural Development.  In the Indian federal system, governance is carried out on three levels.
1.  Federal,
2.  Component state and
3.  Local.  Local Government is the representative body elected by the local people to solve their own questions.  Generally, all governing bodies below the state level are called local governing bodies.
It is also known as local self-government or panchayatraj.  In the pre-independence period, according to the Charter Act of 1793, municipal bodies were established in the provinces of Mumbai, Bengal and Madras.  Then in 1842, a women's municipal law was passed in the province of Bengal.  In 1870, during the Lord Mayo period, the resolution of economic decentralization was adopted, and the local self-government received more financial assistance.  But in May, 1882, Lord Ripon passed the Act of Local Government.  According to this law, local boards were established in each province.  Thus Lord Ripon laid the foundation of the Panchayatraj.  Therefore, Lord Ripon is known as the father of local governing bodies or the grandfather of local governing bodies.

After independence, the Indian government started to look at Panchayat Raj from a different perspective.  Accordingly, a number of committees were taken up at the state level, at the central level.

2.  Andhra Pradesh,
3.  Assam,
 4.  Tamil Nadu  It should not be said that the current Panchayat Raj system of the entire country is in line with Balvantarai Mehta's recommendations.
 2.  Ashok Mehta Samiti (1977): - This committee recommends two-level panchayat raj.  According to him, the Panchayat Samiti should be excluded from this component and the Panchayat Raj should be given legal status.  Major Committees of Maharashtra on Panchayat Raj: - - - - - - - - - - _ _ _

 2.  L  No.  Bongirwar Committee (1970): - This committee was appointed to evaluate the Panchayat Raj in Maharashtra.  The main recommendation of this committee is that the term of the Gram Panchayat should be 5 years, at least two Gram Sabhas should be held.  Also, the provision of judiciary should be repealed.

3.  Pvt.  P.  B.  Patil Committee (1984): - The Panchayat was appointed to review the Raj in the best way.  The main recommendation of this committee is that the selection of the Sarpanch should be made by the direct voters, not by the Commission.
